酵母微量 提升蛋品品质
摘要:试验旨在研究饲料中添加希尔红对老龄蛋鸡生产性能及鸡蛋品质的影响。选择300日龄的海兰褐蛋鸡 288 只,随机分为4组,每组设6个重复,每个重复12只鸡,本试验采用4种日粮,处理1(T1)采用玉米-豆粕基础日粮,T2、T3、T4分别采用基础日粮添加700,800、900 mg/kg希尔红,进行为期4周的饲养试验,检测添加希尔红后老龄蛋鸡生产性能和蛋品质情况。 结果表明:不同添加浓度的希尔红对老龄蛋鸡的生产性能有明显提高。希尔红的添加量和饲喂时间同时影响着蛋品质。添加希尔红后在28d时,T3试验组的平均蛋重显著高于其他组( );添加希尔红对蛋形指数无显著影响();添加希尔红后,各试验组蛋壳厚度显著增厚()且蛋壳强度均显著的提高(),其中,T3试验组效果最佳;希尔红对哈氏单位和蛋黄重的作用需要时间的积累,在28d时,T3试验组哈氏单位和蛋黄重发生显著提高();添加希尔红蛋黄比例无显著影响()。结果说明,老龄蛋鸡在产蛋后期,生产性能和蛋品质逐渐降低,添加希尔红对生产性能和蛋品质有显著的提高作用,其中,添加800mg/kg效果最好。

Effect of Shellhuge on production performance and egg quality of aged layer hens

[Abstract] This study was conducted to evaluate the effect of Shellhuge on production performance and egg quality of aged layer hens. A total of 288 laying hens at 300 days of age were allotted to 4 groups,each of which included 6 repeats, each with 12 hens. There were 4 diets in this experiment,the treatment 1(T1)fed with the corn-soybean meal basal diet,the T2 ,T3 and T4 fed with the basal diets addition of 700,800 and 900 mg/kg Shellhuge,respectively. Feeding trials for 4 weeks to detect the production performance and egg quality of old layer after adding Shellhuge. Results showed that the production performance of old layer was obviously improved by adding different concentration of Shellhuge. The addition amount and feeding time of Shellhuge also affected the quality of eggs.
After the addition of Shellhuge, the average egg weight of T3 was significantly higher than that of the other groups at 28d ().The addition of Shellhuge have no significant effect on the egg shape index ();After adding Shellhuge, the eggshell thickness of each experimental group significantly increased () and the eggshell strength significantly increased (), among them, the T3 was the best. It takes time to accumulate the effect of Shellhuge on Haugh Unit and yolk weight. At 28d, Haugh Unit and yolk weight in the three groups significantly increased ().The addition of Shellhuge have no significant effect on the egg yolk percentage ().The results showed that the production performance and egg quality of the old layer gradually decreased in the later stage of egg production, and the production performance and egg quality were significantly improved by adding Shellhuge, of which T3 was the best.
